All Fighters need to complete this form at the end of each Voting Week if they wish to get credit for Posting Cheers, Voting, Recruiting or Other Special Tasks.
Forms need to be submitted by MONDAY (10pm EST) of the following week!! In turn, I will forward all points to the Head in charge of the Tally Board.
