The Roster indicates the status and level of Gothic Chamber fighters for the current week, including those at the Championship Levels.

Please read this roster so that you know your status. If a correction needs to be made, please contact the Prince ASAP. If there is no fighting for your level for one reason or another a particular week, there is no need for you or your supporters to vote. This will have no effect whatsoever on your standing and you can still hand in your Weekly Fledgling Task Form for all other tasks.

If there are less than 2 fighters participating on a particular level, except Level I, there will be no fighting on that level for that week.

Any competitor that needs to take a Leave of Absence (LOA) must notify me NLT 6:00 PM, US EST on the Saturday before the fighting week. In your request you need to let me know when and how long you will need and LOA for.

The same goes for your Returns from LOA. I know it is not always possible, but it would be nice if you could send me confirmation letting me know you have returned from your LOA and are ready to fight the upcoming Monday--even if you do not, your site will be put as active for the week you originally told me you were returning.

The Championships

Once a Fighter has won Gothic Chamber Level IV (The Elders), he/she will then advance to the Championship Rounds which has its own set of rules specific to each of the Two Levels, The Apprentices and The Alchemists, so you should visit the pages and brush up on how the scoring will be done. Remember--if you don't vote for yourself every day, your site will be disqualified and returned to Level II (The Anarchs).

If your site is due to move to or is currently in the Champ Rounds, you cannot go on LOA unless it is a dire emergency...even in the case of an emergency (Death in Family, Work Issues, etc.) your site will be returned to Level 4, The Elders. If your LOA is voluntary (such as for taking time off for Family Vacation and other non-emergency type issues), your site will be returned to Level II, The Anarchs.

If you are already in the Champ Rounds and request an LOA or ELOA, you WILL be returned to the team level, no exceptions.
