Job Description:
Spirits are the "Cheerleaders" for Mystickal Realms. Our Spirits are required to know how to place graphics in guestbooks and are here to make it fun for the fighters. The number of sites visited depends on the number of sites for that team. They are required to be available a minimum of 2 hours a week.
Spirits visit the sites of new sites each week and place words of encouragement and a gift for the fighter in the guestbook or email if a guestbook is not available.
We also have special "Party" visits and root for Fighters when they are in the Championship Levels!
You, as a Spirit, have three main duties:
1. Dusting the assigned fighters every week
2. Check for Mystickal Realms Banner/Approved Graphic
3. To Have Fun!!
Rollcalls & Assignments
Weekly assignments are sent out every Sunday. You will be expected to Respond to Rollcalls to confirm you have received your weekly assignment by Tuesday night.
In the assignments you will be given a list of sites you must dust that week.Once you complete our assignments, you fill out a Weekly Report Form**.

Dusting, Guestbooks & Graphics
A good luck graphic and a message wishing them luck in the fights for the upcoming week or welcoming them. If their guestbook does not accept images you must sign the guestbook anyway. Please make sure the guestbook accepts graphics before copying and pasting your code in it. You can check this by first Viewing other posts containing graphics left by others .
a) Dust the guestbook of the fighter with a graphic from our image library and/or a note of good luck/welcome as indicated. In our Library, you can find images to use and the link can be found beneath it. We do not want any broken graphics in the fighters' guestbooks, so please try and preview your entry before posting it,if possible.
b) If you can't find a guestbook on the site, e-mail the Fighter. When sending e-mails always use a subject that identifies you. A suggested subject would be:
"The Faes of Mystickal Realms"
Most e-mail clients allow the use of html code
to send to people. You may want to set up another e-mail address for just this purpose.
**If you have to hunt for the guestbook, can't find one or find it in an unusual or hard to find spot, please make note of it on your report so that it will help out the next time we dust that site.

Report Forms
After you've visited all the websites that are next to your Spirit Name, then proceed to the "Report Form". You may want to look at the form before you start dusting, so you know what you will be reporting.
Reports are to be submitted no later than the following Saturday night from when the assignment was given. If you need more time or have a problem in finishing your assignment, please let me know ahead of time. Failure to fill out your Report Form Two (2) weeks in a row will cause you to be removed as a Spirit.
If for some reason you cannot sign a particular fighter's guestbook or find their e-mail address, please make a note of it in your report as well!
