The Witches Circle Team Rules

We're glad to have you here with us!
Below you will find rules that apply to The Witches Circle team.
Be sure to read all the rules carefully, and if you have any questions,
please don't hesitate to contact the team leader, Kerridwyn.



RULES FOR THE WITCHES CIRCLE TEAM

1. Site must be FAMILY SAFE, artwork with partial nudity is acceptable. Please use good taste!

2. Sites must be in English or have an English translation available.

3. NO Bandwidth stealing, all images must be on your server, this will be checked.

4. NO HATE sites, no foul language, no racial or religious slurs. No links to sites containing any of these.

5. Site must have an email address accessible. If you use a different e-mail address for voting, please notify the team leader of this immediately. Also notify team leader of any and all e-mail changes which occur.

6. Once approved site MUST have the Mystickal Realms Approval Banner placed on the site, and the banner MUST BE linked up to the Mystickal Realms main page. The URL to link the banner to is: http://twopagans.com/mystickalrealms/main.html

7. If you are unable to vote during a span of time and need to go on Leave of Absence (LOA) you must notify the team leader as soon as possible with how long you will be absent. If you will require an extended Leave of Absence (XLOA), also let the team leader know of this as well, even if you are currently on an already planned LOA.




VOTING RULES FOR THE WITCHES CIRCLE

1. ALL FIGHTERS must vote for themselves everyday in order to advance to the next level. If you do not vote for yourself each day, no matter how many votes you get, you will NOT advance to the next level. You will remain at the current level. So please make sure that you vote for yourself everyday!

2. Only one vote per e-mail address and IP per day. If you will be having more than one person voting for you, please tell them to use a different e-mail address, AND (most importantly) notify the team leader that there will be more than just yourself voting from the same IP address (meaning, from the same computer system). That is very important, as all IP addresses are checked.

3. Your email address and IP are sent with your vote to ensure fairness for our competitors. Duplicate votes for the same site will be deleted. Please see above rule for further details regarding this matter.





CHEERING FOR THE WITCHES CIRCLE

While cheering is not a mandatory thing for fighters of Mystickal Realms, it is a fun and interactive way to get to know all of the fighters throughout Mystickal Realms, as well as some of the staff members. If you post cheers everyday, and at least one graphic each time you cheer, you will be given an Outstanding Spirit Award. These awards are given out weekly, and are different each week. So if you love to collect graphics, and love to meet great new people... cheer at the Cheer Board! It's TONS of fun!





MISCELLANEOUS MUSINGS

1. Please take note of the general rules that apply to ALL of Mystickal Realms! Those are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to understand and follow!! You can find those rules listed here: Mystickal Realms Rules

2. You will also want to understand the COPPA regulations that are put up to help protect the privacy of children on the Internet. You can find a full and complete copy of those rules here: COPPA RULES

3. We encourage vote exchanging with other competitors. This is a great way to meet new people and make friends. However, we do not encourage or endorse Blind Voting and do not under any circumstances allow SPAMMING! Anyone caught or reported to be engaged in spamming will be immediately disqualified from the competition.

4. As soon as your site is approved by the Mystickal Realms Sanctioners, you can sign up for The Witches Circle News and Info Group. If you sign up for the Group before receiving your Team Welcome Letter, please let me know in an email with your Name and Site Name as I do not get a list of New Sites until Saturdays of each week.

5. All Witches Circle Fighters MUST be subscribed to this Group! If you do not yet have a Yahoo ID, you will need to register for one. Please Sign up Below!!
