These spells and incantations don't really fall into the other categories but are really great spells!

Light some incense as an offering to God.
Place the Amulet or Talisman upon the altar Pentacle.
Replace the word Amulet with Talisman if that is what you are consecrating and charging. You can also replace the name of God with a name you prefer, if you so choose.

Sprinkle the Amulet with salt.
"I consecrate you with the element of Earth."

Pass the Amulet through the incense.
"I consecrate you with the element of Air."

Pass the Amulet through candle flame.
"I consecrate you with the element of Fire."

Sprinkle the Amulet with water.
"I consecrate you with the element of Water."

Pick up the Amulet, and hold it up high for God to behold.
"You are now consecrated in the name of the Tetragrammaton"

Place Amulet back on altar Pentacle.
Place hands over the Amulet.
Visualize a Brilliant light from above pouring into the Amulet.

"I charge this Amulet to serve as (name that which you desire its purpose to serve)
for I [your name or magickal name] a servant of God Almighty."

"I charge this Amulet by God Almighty:
I charge this Amulet by the virtues of the Sun, Moon, and Stars
I charge this Amulet by the Elemental powers of Earth, Air, Fire and Water.
I declare this Amulet now all empowered with the Energies of the Universe in which I have invoked.
By the name of the Tetragrammaton,
You are now charged!
So be it!"

Spell to Bind Someone Dangerous

Timing: Best performed on Saturday (Saturn's Day, to bind a criminal, one who intends to do harm, to bring someone to justice)
Supplies:
• a puppet made to represent the person in question
• a black candle
• myrrh incense
• red ribbon
Cast a circle. Light a black candle and burn myrrh incense. Sprinkle the puppet with salt water, saying:

Blessed be, thou creature made of art.
By art made, by art changed.
Thou art not cloth (or wax, whatever)
But flesh and blood.
I name thee ___________ (person being bound)
Thou art s/he, between the worlds, in all the worlds,
So mote it be.

Hold the puppet and imagine it enmeshed in a silver net, binding the person in question. Tie the puppet up firmly with red ribbon, binding all parts of it that could possibly do harm. Charge it, saying,

By air and earth,
By water and fire,
So be you bound,
As I desire.
By three and nine,
Your power I bind.
By moon and sun,
My will be done.
Sky and sea
Keep harm from me.
Cord go round,
Power be bound,
Light revealed,
Now be sealed.

Earth the power and open the circle. Bury the puppet at the time of the waning moon, far from your home, under a heavy rock.

A Book Binding Ritual
(To ensure that when it is borrowed, it is returned to you)

In natural magic, knots and binding are ruled by the element of Earth. A knot or binding represent both intangible goals (such as the return of loaned property) and they also absorb personal power. This ritual isn't intended to force or coerce another to return the book, it affects the book, not the person the book is being loaned to.

Take the book, and hold it between your palms, sending personal energy into it.

"By hill and wind,
By flame and brook,
By shining moon and sea;
I place a bind
Upon this book
That it will return to me."

Wrap one foot of plain white cotton string around the book, securing it with a knot. Make sure the knot is tight, but not so tight that you cannot slip the string from the book. As you make the knot, visualize the book returning to you, again chanting:

"By hill and wind,
By flame and brook,
By shining moon and sea;
I place a bind
Upon this book
That it will return to me."

Slip off the knotted cord, and put it in a secret place or spell box. As you actually loan the book, again repeat the chant (silently) while visualizing its return. Once the book has been returned, untie the cord.
It is done!

HOW TO CAST A SPELL

A spell is a story (from an old word "spelen," to "tell a story"). You've had spells cast on you all your life, without knowing it. When one of your parents called you "lazy," or "stupid," or "sloppy," or "a failure, "they was casting a spell on you. Most likely, you still act the way your parent said you were. And you've cast spells on yourself all your life, without knowing it. Whenever you say the words "I can't" you are casting a spell of failure on yourself. Whenever you tell someone they give you a headache, you are casting a headache spell on yourself.

Learning to cast spells is learning how to control your own life. You can cast a spell simply by telling yourself a story out loud, alone or with friends. You can cast a spell by thinking a story to yourself. You can cast a spell by acting out a story. (This is the purpose of ritual, of
course.) And you can cast a spell by wearing or carrying a physical object that constantly reminds you of the story (an amulet).

A spell works simply put because it is spoken. Try it. Start each day by saying to yourself: "Today, I am going to receive some money" (or "will make a new friend," etc.) See what happens. One caution: Be careful what you wish for -- you WILL get it! And remember the ancient rede: "An ye harm none, do what you will." This means that we cannot cast a spell concerning another person (with the possible exception of a healing spell) without their consent. Any interference in another person's life force is unacceptable.
