Now onto your Rollcall and Weekly Assignments.

1) PLEASE RESPOND TO ROLLCALL UPON RECEIPT.
YOU HAVE UNTIL TUESDAY TO RESPOND.

2) YOU HAVE UNTIL THURSDAY TO COMPLETE YOUR ASSIGNMENT.

I need time to check to see that all tasks have been done.
This should still leave sufficient time to complete your assignments.

3) After completing your Assignments, PLEASE LIST the sites you welcomed and let me know how you Welcomed each site, either by Guestbook, Mail or both.

OTHER ITEMS AND REMINDERS

1) If you cannot not welcome a site by Guestbook,
(i.e., No Guestbook or the Guestbook is full)
please let me know the name of the site,
the reason and then send an e-mail welcome.

2) If possible, PLEASE remember to check the entries in a guestbook BEFORE signing it. This will let you know if you need to use the regular version of our welcome or the shorter one.
